Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in original packaging with all certificates and tags attached.
- Custom or engraved items are non-returnable.
Process
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Await confirmation and return instructions.
- Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a free replacement or full refund upon verification.
