• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom pieces may take 7–21 business days depending on design complexity.

Shipping Time & Cost

 

• UAE Deliveries: 1–2 business days via local courier.
• International Deliveries: 3–10 business days via FedEx, DHL, Aramex, Empost or UPS.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Duties and Taxes

 

• International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Insurance

 

All shipments are fully insured until delivery. A signature is required upon delivery.
